Many sealers exist in the packaging industry. The first type of sealers we will discuss are Impulse Hand Sealers.
AIE impulse hand sealers are perfect for a multitude of packaging applications. These small, reliable sealers provide excellent air and watertight seals on plastic materials such as:
- Polyethlyene
- Pliofilm
- P.V.A.
- Polyurethane
- Kel-F
- Tivac
- Polyvinylchloride
- Polyflex
- Saran
- Polypropylene
- Mylar
- Nylon
At Machine-Solution.com you have the option to choose sealers between 4", 8", 12", 16" and 20" seal lengths
For sealing powder and liquid productions you can go with Table Press Sealers (Shop Sealers) which offer two hands free operation for operators. AIE Table Press Sealers allow users to package more products efficiently and quickly.
The AIE line of heavy duty Impulse Foot Sealers (FI Series) helps to increase sealing production. These impulse sealers, equipped with a foot pedal activator, frees the user's hands to feed the machine. Each unit comes complete with pedestal, stand, adjustable worktable and foot pedal. These machines are injection die casted: flater surface avoids wire burn, ensuring quality seales and durability.
If you need to protect your seal from moisture and powder or need to package candies, food, stationary, drugs, tools, replacement parts then try an Automatic Upper Jaw Impulse sealer. The Foot Upper Automatic (FUA) has the sealing element on the upper jaw and the silicon rubber on the lower ja. This helps to protect the element from moisture.
