The Excel Packaging CT Models provide a full range of functionality to fit your needs. Whether you require Side Drive Belts, Top and Bottom Drive Belts, Bottom Only Drive Belts, Stainless Steel, Low Profile or Low Cost, Excel Packaging has multiple configurations available. And, you can add the Excel Packaging Accessories you need to make your line run as smoothly as possible.
In general, the machine operator simply folds the top flaps of the corrugated carton and feeds it into the machine. The CT Models apply a single tape strip to both the top and bottom of the carton simultaneously. This two belt drive design provides heavy duty versatility, dependable performance and easy operation. The CT Models can be easily adjusted in seconds to process a different size carton. Excellent for low profile small lightweight boxes.
Operates at 75 feet per minute; up to 2,000 cartons per hour. Production rate depends on carton size and operator dexterity.
