How the Intimus 16.87 Shredder Baler Operates:
The system is so user friendly it operates on a continuous basis. You can even continue to load waste materials for shredding while the baler is compressing the shredded particles.When the bale is complete, an audible signal indicates it is time for removal. The compress bale is bound with two straps and simply ejected directly into to a plastic bag for dust free removal and storage.

Operation of the Intimus 16.87 Shredder:
1) Insert the enclosed key into the key switch and turn clockwise 2) Operate the mains switch to position 1. After a delay of 2 seconds the "ready" and "ram at rear" indicator lights come on. 3) Operate the cutter forward pushbutton. The cutter and conveyor belt start. The light of the cutter forward display comes on.
Note: if when the shredder is started the baling ram of the baler is not in its basic position (rearmost position), a compression stroke with the following return stroke is carried out automatically before the cutter and conveyor belt start
