This is a marvelous beginning for a small business that generated more than $2.5 million in sales and competes in the office equipment business with competitors such as Staples, Office Depot, and other big box office equipment dealers.

With customers such as Department of Defense contractors General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, The Boeing Company, and Raytheon just to name a few, Ms. Baumgarten’s company is dedicated to a Great Customer Service Experience. As a GSA Contract holder, she identified the need to establish her company as the one to provide responsive and quality service to her customers in pursuit of continual quality improvement.
